Leveraging over 20 years of experience in IT and leadership, Lolita utilizes her expertise to bridge the gap between education and career readiness. Lolita harnesses the power of technology to align educational outcomes with real-world market needs, ensuring that graduates possess the essential skills and knowledge to excel in the workforce.

Lolita's dedication to leadership development extends beyond her role at Guidenar. She is an active member of the Ball State University Advisory Board, where she contributes her insights to foster future leaders and ensure that the university's Business Analytics program meets industry standards.

Previously, Lolita held significant roles at Google, OneAmerica, and Roche Diagnostics, where she not only led teams in creating transformative customer solutions, but also developed programs to fast-track early career professionals. Lolita is a certified coach, speaker, and trainer. She also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Lolita earned an MBA from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision in Technology from Purdue University.
