Lolita Chandler is the Founder and CEO of Guidenar, an education technology and workforce development organization dedicated to helping individuals, organizations, and communities prepare for the future of work. With more than 20 years of experience leading technology, business transformation, and workforce development initiatives, Lolita is passionate about creating innovative solutions that connect education, career exploration, AI readiness, and real-world opportunities.

Throughout her career, Lolita has held leadership positions at Google, OneAmerica, Roche Diagnostics, and Whirlpool Corporation, where she led teams responsible for delivering transformative business and technology solutions. She has also developed programs that accelerate professional growth, leadership development, and workforce readiness.

Beyond Guidenar, Lolita serves on the Ball State University Business Analytics Advisory Board, helping ensure academic programs remain aligned with evolving workforce and industry needs. She also serves as Chair of the Board for Career Ready Network, where she helps advance initiatives that strengthen career readiness, workforce development, mentorship, and economic opportunity. She holds an MBA from Ball State University, a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision in Technology from Purdue University, and numerous professional certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and MIT's Digital Transformation certificate focused on AI, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity.
