Lolita Chandler is a passionate advocate for empowering the next generation of leaders. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in IT and business, Lolita utilizes her expertise to bridge the gap between education and career readiness.

Lolita's dedication to leadership development extends beyond her role at Guidenar. She is an active member of the Ball State University Advisory Board, where she contributes her insights to foster future leaders and ensure that the university's Business Analytics program meets industry standards.

Previously, Lolita held leadership roles at Google, OneAmerica, Roche Diagnostics, and Whirlpool Corporation, where she not only led teams in creating transformative solutions, but also developed programs to fast-track career professionals. Lolita earned an MBA from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision in Technology from Purdue University. She is a certified coach, speaker, and trainer. Lolita also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, is ITIL certified, is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and has an MIT professionals certificate in Digital Transformation: From AI and IoT to Cloud, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity.
