A career assessment platform designed to help you navigate your career path with personalized insights and recommendations. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Guidenar career assessment and its related services. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Test and Services. You may not use the Test or Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

3. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the app. Your continued use of the app following any changes means you accept those changes.

4. Use of the App

Guidenar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the app in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"
• Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the app
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the app
• Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the app
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the app
• Using the app for any commercial solicitation purposes
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding, or attempting to hide your identity
• Interfering with the proper working of the app
• Accessing any content on the app through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the app
• Bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the app, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of the app or the content therein

5. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Guidenar and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Guidenar.

6. User Content

Users may be able to submit content. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you post to the app. However, by submitting content to Guidenar, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the app.

7. Links to Other Web Sites

Our app may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Guidenar. Guidenar has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Guidenar shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Guidenar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; (iii) any content obtained from the app; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the app is at your sole risk. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The app is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Guidenar its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the app will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the app is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the app will meet your requirements.

10. Refund Policy

Guidenar is committed to your satisfaction with our career assessment services. You may be eligible for a full refund if the test has not been started and you contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. Once the test is started, refunds cannot be provided. 11. User Agreement

By accessing or using Guidenar’s services, you agree to be bound by our User Agreement, which details your responsibilities and the terms under which you may use our services. This includes adherence to lawful usage and the recognition of our intellectual property rights. For more detailed information, please refer to our full User Agreement. 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
