Test Fee

The fee for the career test is $12.99. This fee allows you full access to the test and its subsequent results, provided the terms outlined in this policy are adhered to.

Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: A full refund of the purchase price ($12.99) is available under the following condition:
  • The test has not been started. If you purchase access to the career test but decide not to proceed before initiating any part of the test, you are eligible for a full refund.
• No Refund: Once you have started the test, you are no longer eligible for a refund. This policy is in place because our service is considered used once the test initiation occurs, and we incur costs to provide the test to you.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at collegeandjobs@guidenar.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number, the email address used to purchase the test, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
2. Our team will review your refund request. Refunds are typically processed based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We may require additional information or documentation to process your refund.
3. Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, if you believe that the service was not as described or you are dissatisfied for a reason that you feel warrants a refund despite having started the test, please contact us. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis, although such instances may not typically qualify for a refund.
