User Agreement

Welcome to Guidenar! By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms in this Agreement, you must not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service, and your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your agreement to the modifications.

4. User Responsibilities

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indiana, United States.
