This copyright notice applies to all content, materials, graphics, tests, text, and other intellectual property (collectively, "Content") made available through the Guidenar app, website, or services.

The Content is the property of Guidenar and is protected by copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Content includes works that are licensed to Guidenar under copyright.

Authorized Use

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Guidenar solutions and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes as expressly permitted by the terms and conditions of this notice and any specific agreements governing the use of certain services within the app.

Restrictions

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of the Content is strictly prohibited. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of any Guidenar solutions, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law).

Guidenar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of any Guidenar solution to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us.

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;

• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
